Information you enter

When you submit the contact or application form, the information you enter is sent through Formspree to Meridian HR & Staffing at admin@meridian-hr.in. Formspree processes and may store the submission under the form owner’s account and plan settings. Review Formspree’s privacy information and retention controls for details.

Applicants may optionally upload a resume. Uploaded files are processed and stored by Formspree according to the account plan, storage quota, and retention settings. Please do not submit passwords, bank details, or identity document numbers.

Public job information

Open job titles and role descriptions are public on this site and in its public GitHub repository. Proposed listing changes in pull requests may also be visible before they are merged. Do not add candidate details, private contact data, or internal hiring notes to a listing.

Hosting and administrator sign in

The website is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard request logs under its own privacy terms. To publish a job update, an authorized administrator signs in to GitHub; GitHub handles that sign-in and repository permissions.

WhatsApp and email

If you use WhatsApp or email, the relevant provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Form submissions are processed by Formspree; please review its privacy terms and the form owner’s account settings.

Contact and requests

For questions about an enquiry or application you sent to Meridian, email admin@meridian-hr.in. Meridian will handle that correspondence in its email system and can explain its retention practices on request.

Updates to this notice

If the site’s forms or data handling change, this notice will be updated to describe the new process.
